Turner’s Stool

Turner’s Stool is named after the process by which it’s made. All of the stool’s components are turned by hand on a lathe. A recess in its underside is an artifact of its fabrication where it was held by the lathe’s jaws. Tapered wedged through tenon joinery secures the legs to the seat.
